  • Call for Vendors: SPC Alumni Market

    • The South Plains College Alumni Association is seeking vendors for the Alumni Market on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at 1401 College Ave., Levelland, TX. This exciting event is part of SPC’s Creative Arts 50th Anniversary Celebration and will draw students, alumni, and community members to campus for a day of shopping and festivities.

 

  • Who Can Apply:

    • SPC-connected business owners or co-owners (completed at least 3 credit hours at SPC – no degree required)

    • Student-run ventures and nonprofit organizations are welcome (information booths)

 

  • Vendor Categories We’re Seeking:

    • Fresh produce • Baked goods • Specialty foods & beverages • Art & handmade goods • Clothing & accessories • Home & garden décor • Books & media • Local services & experiences

 

  • Vendor Details:

    • Booth Fee: $30 (due one week prior to market)

    • Booth Size: 10x20 space

    • Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, and canopies or generators if needed (weights required for tents; no staking into asphalt)

    • Vendors must bring any applicable permits/licenses (e.g., food handling). Food trucks must follow Texas Department of State Health Services requirements and provide proof of inspection.

 

  • Why participate:

    • Big built-in audience from the anniversary events

    • Prime visibility with SPC supporters, families, and community members

    • Marketing shoutouts leading up to the event
